The Fast Track 4 Social Media Marketing Methodology is carried out in 5 phases.

- Identify USP(s) for your business
- Target market identification and segmentation
- Keyword research for each segment of your business.
- Competitor research for each segment of your business
- Analysis for website(s), and recommendations for improvement.
- Current SEO position on website(s).
- Current stats and trends on website(s).
- Familiarisation with current sales processes, and suggested improvements.
- Create a current customer list to add to a database, for automated email marketing.
- Consider content for social media, free reports, emails, articles, blog posts etc.
- Conduct SWOT analysis
- Formulate a Social Media Mission statement and policy.
- Establishing KPI’s and tracking performance
Blueprint Phase – maximum 30 days to complete concurrent to Vision phase
- Comprehensively map out the proposals, in the form of a customised blueprint.
- Identification of Social Media accounts to use, new websites, SEO methodologies, marketing systems, tools to utilise, maintenance and training.
Planning Phase -
- Utilise the SWOT analysis
- Determine the appropriate Social media platforms to use
- Decide on the tools to be used
- Identify and collate content
Execution Phase
- 7 step system
- Set up accounts at Twitter, Facebook, etc in accordance with objectives
- Start to upload content in accordance with keywords and objectives
Tracking and Improving Phase
- Ensure appropriate tracking tools are utilised
- Produce monthly monitoring reports
- Test what works
- Continuous improvement cycle
- Determine ROI
The Vision, Blueprint and Planning Phase requires an investment of £1000, which is fully refundable if you consider that at the end of this phase of work that the proposals and recommendations would not produce a return on investment for your business.
Upon completion of the Vision and Blueprint phase work can then commence on the execution phase, subject to agreement, timescales and budget.
